Custom Workshops

We know every team is different, so we tailor our workshops to match your goals, culture, needs, and challenges.

Pick & Choose

We can also build in tools like:

  • CliftonStrengths – Shift the focus from fixing weaknesses to unlocking what people do best.

  • MBTI / HBDI / DiSC – Understand thinking styles, communication, and team dynamics.

  • 360 Feedback – Build awareness and practical leadership insight.

You can mix and match themes, art practices, and theory-based content to create a session that really works for your people. Whether you're after a short, creative reset or a full-day deep dive, we’ll shape it to suit.

Choose a creative experience, a leadership or team session, or blend the two; we’re flexible.

Kate brings frameworks, facilitation, leadership and team insight.

Popular focus areas:

Team Building & Bonding

Build trust, spark connection, and have fun doing it.

Leadership

Lead with curiosity, connection, and creativity.

Wellbeing

Reflect, recharge, and reconnect through creativity and conversation.

Creative Collaboration

A fun, energising way to align your team and explore new ways of working.

A person with curly hair sits in front of an easel painting a still life scene, with a reference photo on a stand showing objects like a mug and a kettle. The person is holding a palette and concentrating on their painting.

Popular art sessions:

Watercolour - Letting Go of Control

Play with flow, colour, and unpredictability. Watercolour teaches you to let go, be present, and trust the process, a gentle lesson in focus and fluidity.

Drawing - The Art of Seeing

Slow down and really look. Drawing helps shift perspective and sharpen observation, it’s about seeing differently, not drawing perfectly.

Oil Pastels - Bold Expression

Get expressive and messy with colour. Oil pastels are vibrant and freeing, perfect for exploring emotion, energy, and instinct without overthinking.

Dioramas - The World Within

Build small 3D scenes using simple materials to tell a story or capture an idea. It’s playful, hands-on, and surprisingly powerful.

Collage - Storytelling in Images

Cut, layer, and arrange images to explore identity, values, or purpose. Collage blends creativity with reflection - like journaling, but visual.
