Our Workshops

Creative Leadership explores the capability leaders need to think clearly, adapt quickly, and lead people effectively in today’s world. By engaging in hands-on art-making, leaders step out of habitual thinking patterns and gain insight into how they respond to ambiguity, pressure, and open-ended challenges, and how these responses shape their leadership.

Art practice:

Art-making offers a powerful way to step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a state of focus, calm, and flow. In this workshop, participants are invited to let go of perfection, release the idea of “right or wrong,” and approach creativity with curiosity and openness rather than outcome-driven pressure.

Through guided creative practice, participants often surprise themselves, not only with what they’re able to create, but with the insights they gain on how they think, feel, and show up in the world.

Wellbeing &
Self-Awareness

This workshop brings teams together through shared creative experiences that are playful, expressive, and surprisingly insightful.

By creating and reflecting together, teams build trust, discover new things about one another, and develop a deeper appreciation for different ways of thinking and working.

Art Practice:

  • Oil Pastels

  • Zine Making

Team Building
& Bonding

Art-making can be a powerful way to uncover a company’s culture and values. The creative process often brings forward unspoken habits, priorities, and ways of working that don’t always emerge in traditional discussions.

By noticing the themes that appear, how people collaborate, and the choices they make, organisations can gain clearer insight into what truly shapes their culture and where there may be opportunities to grow or realign.
