Values & Culture
Values & Culture
Theme: What we stand for, individually and together
Art practices: Collage, dry clay, diorama-building
Purpose:
Every team has values - but they’re not always visible or shared in a way that feels real. This workshop helps teams explore and express what truly matters to them through hands-on creative practices.
Using materials like clay, paper, and found objects, participants reflect on their own values and bring team culture to life in a tangible, memorable way.
It’s honest, expressive, and a powerful way to align around what’s important, without the PowerPoint.
No art experience needed, just an open mind and a willingness to reflect..
Structure:
1. Welcome & Framing Conversation
What do we mean by values in action?
What does a healthy, connected culture feel like?
2. Art Practice: Collage – What I Value
Use imagery and words to create a personal values collage
Prompt: What do I care about most — and how does that show up at work?
3. Art Practice: Diorama – Culture in Action
Build a small 3D scene in groups that tells a story of your team or culture
Prompt: When are we at our best? What does that look and feel like?
4. Optional Clay Practice: Symbol of Meaning
Create a small clay form that represents a personal or shared value
Something to keep as a reminder

    5. Group Sharing & Culture Conversation
Share artworks and reflections
Group discussion: What do we want to take forward? What’s working? What’s missing?
Outcomes:
A clearer understanding of personal and shared values
Tangible stories and symbols of your culture
Stronger alignment on how you want to work and lead together
